Inspired by his Catholic faith, Casey values holistic care that respects the dignity and well-being of the whole person. His clinical experience includes working with anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, sexual trauma, recovery from pornography and other unwanted addictive or compulsive behaviors, scrupulosity (religious OCD), and the integration of faith and spirituality into the counseling process for clients who desire it.
Clients often appreciate Casey's thoughtful and collaborative style. He strives to balance compassionate support with honest conversations that foster growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change. He focuses on the here and now, considering the full context of a client's life while helping them move toward healthier living. Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Casey helps clients develop greater self-awareness, psychological flexibility, and practical skills for navigating life's challenges.
