At SoZo Wellness Institute, Solution-Focused Therapy is a therapeutic method we utilize to help clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention by focusing on strengths, resources, and achievable change. Rather than staying rooted in problems, this approach emphasizes what is already working and how to build upon it to create meaningful, lasting progress.

Grounded in neuroscience and an integrative, evidence-based framework, we incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support both insight and action. This approach helps clients shift perspective, increase cognitive flexibility, and engage the brain in patterns of growth, motivation, and possibility.

Through collaborative conversation and targeted questioning, clients identify goals, recognize existing strengths, and develop practical, solution-oriented strategies.
