Virginia Corbett, LPC, BCC

Virginia Corbett is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Coach, and the co-founder of Sozo Wellness Institute. She works with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to move beyond survival patterns, navigate life transitions, and step into a more integrated, fully aligned version of themselves.

At the heart of Virginia’s work is a deep belief that true emotional healing extends beyond symptom relief and leads to restoration. A healthy lifestyle includes positive connections, clarity, and the internal capacity to live with intention and wholeness. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they untangle generational patterns, repair relational dynamics, and rediscover their voice, identity, and direction.

In a culture marked by chronic stress, disconnection, and emotional overload, Virginia is a strong advocate for accessible, integrative approaches to mental health. She believes that true emotional wellness requires practical tools, supportive relationships, and a safe space for the nervous system to reset and reengage.

Virginia’s approach is rooted in the understanding that we are inherently holistic beings. By integrating the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the self, she supports her clients as they move toward a deeper sense of coherence, resilience, and personal alignment. This integration creates the foundation for sustainable change and a life that feels both grounded and expansive.

Education & Experience
Virginia earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Geneva College and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC).

Her early work in holistic emotional wellness began with training in the gut-brain connection and its impact on mental health. This foundation continues to inform her integrative approach, which incorporates an understanding of the microbiome, nervous system regulation, and the role of lifestyle factors in optimal emotional health.
